Max Party Style Guide: Dress it Up

The party season is upon us, and it is the best time of year to dress up and look your best.  At Max we have just what you need to make your holiday statement. So whether you want to sparkle or prefer a more subtle approach – we have got you covered.

Embellished:

When we think of the holiday season we think of shimmer and shine. A beautifully embellished top or dress amps up the glam factor and instantly brings the party vibe to your look; a sophisticated blouse with a beaded collar or a structured peplum dress with metallic detailing both make the same impact.

Baroque:

The baroque trend dominated runways this year, and there is no reason that it shouldn’t dominate your winter party wardrobe.  If you aren’t one for dressing up every night, a comfy sweatshirt with a shimmering metallic design will do the trick. Pair this up with matching short shorts or a flouncy skirt for a fun, youthful look.

Your party looks are not complete without the right accessories! A statement necklace is always a surefire hit, choose one with large crystals and plenty of pearls. If you want to take your look one step further add dangling earrings and a bold cuff.
