Goods returned within 14 days will be exchanged for items of the same value or a credit note, provided that the goods returned are in their original condition and packaging, and are supported by the original payment receipt.
If a product is defective, we will first try to repair it; if not repairable, we will exchange it for a new piece; and only if not exchangeable will we refund its total value.
For reasons of hygiene, no exchanges will be offered on Lingerie, Underwear and Accessories.

Absolutely! A Max Gift Voucher makes a great present for your loved ones. Terms & conditions apply.

You can use your Max Gift Voucher towards full or part payment of any goods in Max stores throughout the region. Redeeming the voucher is simple – just present it at the time of billing. If your transaction value exceeds the value of the voucher, you can pay the balance using another payment method such as debit/credit card or cash. Max Gift Vouchers can be used for one transaction only, so any remaining balance cannot be used at another time.

Max Gift Vouchers are available in the following denominations: AED 50 and AED 100

No, sorry. Gift Vouchers are for one-time use and aren’t reusable. If the total value of a Gift Voucher isn’t used in a single transaction, the remaining value becomes null and can’t be used in a subsequent transaction.

At the moment, no, you can’t top up your Gift Voucher. You can, however, buy a new Gift Voucher instead.
